Advisory: Winter Storm Niko - What to Expect from CRA

By CRA | February 08, 2017 | 0

To All Customers,

Winter Storm Niko will likely bring heavy snow to a sizable swath of the Interstate 95 Northeast corridor Wednesday night through Thursday evening. Some areas could experience upwards of a half-foot or more of snowfall in a short amount of time.

This storm has the potential to cause disruptions for your business. We are monitoring the storm’s progress as it makes its way up to the Northeast. Current forecasts indicate that there is a potential for the storm to impact the southern New England, southern into eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and parts of northern Delaware and northern Maryland. This includes Boston, Providence, Hartford, New York City, and Philadelphia later this evening, although the exact direction and severity of any impact to the area are unknown at this time.

We recommend that customers who have employees with remote access verify that their equipment is in working condition and requisite equipment such as RSA security tokens are on hand for them to work away from the office if necessary.

At CRA, our goals are to ensure that services can continue uninterrupted and any disruption to your business is minimized. Our business continuity plan and a coverage plan to ensure that we can still scale and provide quality services for our clients have kicked in. We will continue to monitor the storm and send an update as more information becomes available.

For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 212-376-4040 or email at assist@consultcra.com.

Thank you and regards,
